Parham has been in the Tax Industry for almost his entire career. He graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law, with an emphasis in Tax and Conflict Resolution. Prior to tax, Parham worked at Warner Bros., in the Intellectual Property department. Parham is certified to practice law in front of the California State Supreme Court, Federal District Court, and US Tax Court.

He specializes in navigating through IRS practices to maximize solutions and get the best results for the firm’s clients. As a founding member of VTL, Parham knows the importance of providing excellent client care, with no exceptions.

Amir is a pioneer in the tax resolution industry, by providing innovative techniques to defend taxpayers in front of the IRS. He graduated from Loyola University School of Law, with an emphasis in Tax. He specializes in creating new methods of representation, to ensure that the firm’s clients save the most amount of money.

He is certified to practice law in front of the California State Supreme Court, Federal District Court, and US Tax Court. As a founding member of VTL, Amir knows the importance of providing excellent client care, with no exceptions.
