Shawn Kahroba

Shawn Kahroba is an attorney trusted by his clients because he truly cares and at the same time, feared by insurance companies. As the managing attorney of the firm’s personal injury department, Shawn speaks to every client to not only determine first hand whether a potential client has a case but more importantly, to determine whether our firm is the best fit for that person. Shawn patiently and meticulously answers questions and communicates with clients so that they are comfortable with their decisions and to ensure clients understand that they are an integral part of this process. He truthfully tells clients, “Without you, there is no us”.

As an attorney, Shawn has extensive experience representing people who have been injured in obtaining compensation caused by another person or entity’s wrongdoing; whether that is from a car crash or any other accident. Shawn’s passion is to uphold the rights of victims and he dedicates himself as well as his entire team to the pursuit of compensation for injured victims.

Shawn represents clients in trials, arbitrations, and mediations. He is a graduate of the American Board of Trial Advocates distinguished Jack Daniels Trial Advocacy Course. An avid student of his trade, he has attended countless seminars and courses to better hone his skills, knowing that both he and his clients benefit from his efforts. Shawn is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. He is a mentor in a program through which experienced attorneys are selected as mentors and guide attorneys who will benefit from his experience.

Shawn became an attorney in 2010 but his journey in assisting those in need stand up to those who cause harm began long before he was ever an attorney. While still in law school, Shawn became a “certified” law student in the Western State University Law Clinic. As a certified member of the Law Clinic, Shawn represented indigent litigants in family law matters; actually representing clients in court and litigating cases. While still a law student, Shawn had already received praise from judges and opposing counsel. Shawn spent nearly two years as both a law student as well as an attorney volunteer at the Los Angeles Legal Aid Foundation, assisting litigants with a wide range of legal matters, whether it was fighting back against potential judgements against large corporate entities or fighting to keep their homes against landlords that failed to uphold legal obligations to tenants.
