Areas of Practice
Felonies: Our Office handles all felonies including but not limited to sex crimes, domestic violence, felony assault, burglary, robbery, grand theft, receiving stolen property, some DUI’s, certain drug charges, fraud, murder and others. Felonies carry a longer jail/prison time, formal probation, higher fines and fees, and other forms of punishment.
Misdemeanors: We also handle misdemeanors including but not limited to DUI’s, petty theft, domestic violence, simple assault and battery, disorderly conduct, trespass, certain sex crimes, prostitution, some driving violations such as reckless driving, exhibition of speed, and unlicensed or suspended license driving and much more. Misdemeanors carry a six month to one year jail time, with summary probation, community service, community labor and other penalties.
Expungements: Our office has handled hundreds of expungements. An expungement can clear your criminal record. Once your record is expunged in California, you can honestly say that you do not have a criminal record (exclusions apply). The expungement process is not complex; however a skilled attorney will justify the petition successfully. In some cases, the charge can be reduced to a misdemeanor simultaneously which will save you time and money doing it at the same time of expungement. Our office will handle it from beginning to end and has a great success rate.
Post-Conviction Relief: Our office can assist you with any post-conviction relief. Usually for immigration purposes but it could also be done for employment and firearm ownership purposes. Such relief included reducing a felony to a misdemeanor, early termination of probation and withdrawing pleas.
Warrants: Warrants will stay in the system indefinitely. Our office can assist you to recall a pre or post-conviction warrant.
Civil Restraining Orders: A Civil harassment restraining order is a court order that helps protect people from violence, stalking, serious harassment or threats of violence.

– Civil Harassment Restraining Orders
– Domestic Violence Restraining Orders; and
– Elder Abuse Restraining Orders
