Ms. Rachelle Shakoori is the main bankruptcy attorney handling consumer bankruptcy filings in our office. Ms. Shakoori graduated from Pepperdine Law School, Cum Laude, and the University of California, Irvine with Honors. Since 1998 Ms. Shakoori’s main area of emphasis has been consumer bankruptcy and commercial litigation.

She is a familiar face with the Bankruptcy Court Judges, trustees and practitioners, and has handled hundreds of consumer bankruptcy files. Attorney Shakoori takes pride in the fact that her staff is well versed in this rather complicated area of the law, and that her office is constantly up to date with the latest changes made to the bankruptcy code and rules.

Ms. Shakoori is fluent in Spanish, French and Farsi.
