Sepi Ghiasvand is a member of Hopkins & Carley’s Corporate Practice in the Redwood City office. She has more than a decade of experience in serving as general corporate counsel to domestic and international, emerging and middle-market privately held companies in a wide range of industries on the following types of matters:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Corporate formation and structuring
- Restructuring, dissolution, and reorganization
- Management and equity disputes
- Commercial agreements
- Foreign corporations on inbound entity structures
- Transactional tax
Sepi also represents clients before all taxing agencies in audits, appeals, U.S. Tax Court dealing with domestic and international tax matters.
Sepi was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2013 and 2014, and named as a top woman attorney in Northern California by San Francisco Magazine in 2013 and 2014. Prior to joining Hopkins & Carley, Sepi served as a shareholder at Landrum & Company.
