Mr. Mozaffar has many years of experience with small businesses, partnerships,  and information technology environments. Mr. Mozaffar has a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Administration from the University of San Francisco, and a Juris Doctorate of Law from the U.O.P. McGeorge School of Law. Mr. Mozaffar speaks several languages, loves history, architecture, culture, and travel.

Mr. Mozaffar has practiced in California Civil Courts, Family Law Courts and Criminal Courts for over 15 years. Mr. Mozaffar believes in acting as an advocate for his clients and believes that each client’s best interest must remain paramount.
