Payam Moradian- Payam Moradian started his career at a large intellectual property law firm in New York, where he focused on patent prosecution and counseling. Mr. Moradian has since moved to Los Angeles, and was patent counsel for a medical device company, where he managed the worldwide patent portfolio of the company. Mr. Moradian was also a partner at a Los Angeles intellectual property law firm, where he was the head of patent and trademark prosecution department. Mr. Moradian has also participated in several patent litigations. In one litigation, Mr. Moradian’s cross-examination of the plaintiff’s expert in front of a jury resulted in the jury invalidating several broad claims of the plaintiff’s patent.
