Omid Elyaou Dayan

Omid Dayan is a co-founding partner of The Accident Guys. He has committed himself everyday for over a decade to helping those who have been injured as a result of another’s negligence. He has personally represented thousands of injured victims and has obtained millions of dollars on their behalf. 

While attending law school, Omid never pictured himself as a Personal Injury attorney. Like many others, he believed the stereotypes and was convinced “PI” was not the field of law he wanted to enter. However, after graduating, he began his legal career at a high-volume personal injury firm. There, he was exposed to the insurance companies’ ruthless tactics and quickly learned that insurance adjusters are trained to take advantage of unrepresented claimants. Ironically, within a short amount of time, he knew fighting for the underdog was his true passion.  Now he takes pride in not backing down for his injured clients until they are fairly compensated for their injuries.  Omid is humbled to have co-founded The Accident Guys, one of the most respected injury firms. He is licensed to practice law in both California and Nevada.
