Farrokh Alemehzadeh, M.D. is a USC trained, board certified family physician with a passion for practicing medicine. His emphasis is not only on the treatment of disease but more importantly in its prevention. After fifteen years of practicing medicine, he feels ever more privileged to be in this profession. “I thrive to provide the best possible care to my patients and to treat them as I would my own family members, with respect and compassion.”

Dr. Sara Shokouhi believes in providing quality care and taking the time to intimately know her patients. Many of our patients and colleagues describe her as a knowledgeable clinician but admire her empathy and down to earth personality.
She has been practicing medicine for over 10 years and spent three years at USC’s PIH residency program, specializing in family medicine. Her special interests include women and adolescent health. Prevention of disease is the focus of her practice.
