“Once a Marine, always a Marine!” As a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran I have the discipline needed to be a great business man. I have many years in sales. Sales came naturally based off the way I treat people. Shortly after starting my career in sales, I was quickly presented an opportunity to manage my own store because of my quality sales and strong leadership qualities. Eventually, this led me to managing upwards to 14 stores at one time.
I have inspired and motivated several employees, from presenting at huge sales rallies with upwards of 450 attendees to the one on one coaching sessions. I have coached over 120 employees through the years, including but not limited to, 25 sales managers, 5 area managers, 4 District Managers, and 1 Regional Operations Manager.
