Bahram is currently the Legal Counsel for Volcom, LLC where he handles the company’s transaction matters, corporate governance for its domestic and foreign entities, and manages its litigation, including counterfeit matters.
Bahram grew-up in Newport Beach where from high school, and into the present, he is always involved in giving back to the community, whether it be his involvement with the American Cancer Society or helping out at different beach clean-ups.
Bahram received his undergraduate degree not too far from home from The University of Southern California, during which he decided he wanted to attend law school. He later obtained his J.D. from Whittier Law School where he received a certificate in intellectual property. Currently he is back at The University of Southern California at the Gould School of Law obtaining his LL.M in Alternative Dispute Resolution.
After Bahram passed the California Bar Exam he focused in litigation, including in the areas of personal injury and medical malpractice at NORDSTROM, STEELE NICOLETTE AND BLYTHE until November of 2015 when he joined the legal department at Volcom as an Associate IP Attorney, later transitioning into Associate Legal Counsel.
Bahram has been active with IABA, joining the Orange County’s Board in 2013 as Communications Director, serving for two years, followed by serving as the Orange County Chapter President.
