Amir Torkamani

I am an attorney and real estate broker.  I was born and raised in Los Angeles, and have lived in the South Bay, Hollywood, Downtown, and Santa Monica.  I graduated from UC Berkeley in 2005 with degrees in both Business Administration and Political Science and graduated from USC Gould School of Law in 2008.

I always had an interest in the real estate profession and decided to pursue it more seriously after purchasing my first home.  Since then, I obtained my brokers’ license, started my own brokerage, and have represented buyers in purchases ranging from as low as $385,000.00 and as high as $2,375,000.00.

My background as an attorney with experience providing service to Fortune 50 companies enables me to provide a level of service that is often lacking in the real estate industry.  It also enables me to more effectively research and apply the law that applies to the sale/purchase property.  Last, but certainly not least, I always aim to provide in-depth analysis and information regarding the market that allows my clients to make informed, smart decisions.
