In 1999, Bijan began his law enforcement career to help keep communities safe. Throughout his career, Bijan fought for the rights of his fellow employees by serving on the Board of Directors for two different police associations, including the position of POA President. After being a police officer for twelve years, Bijan was forced to retire after several major back surgeries. Bijan then attended Whittier Law School, where he graduated Cum Laude. While attending Whittier Law School, Bijan was the recipient of a merit scholarship and Cali Awards (award for receiving the highest grade a class) in Employment Law and Legal Writing. Bijan now represents workers in administrative matters and civil matters such as discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
Bijan is a panel attorney for PORAC-LDF and LASPA (Los Angeles Sheriff’s Professional Association). Bijan also represents employees of the Inglewood Police Association, Gardena Police Officers’ Association, Hawthorne Police Officers’ Association, Huntington Beach Police Officers’ Association, and California City Police Officers’ Association.
