Mr. Ali Hifai is a Partner at the Oakland Office of Testan Law. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for various prominent workers’ compensation defense firms in the Bay Area as well as served as an applicant’s attorney.

Mr. Hifai is a graduate of San Jose State University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Mr. Hifai earned his Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University School of Law. After law school, Mr. Hifai’s professional experience includes Workers’ Compensation, Business Law and Employment Law

Mr. Hifai prides himself on being responsive to client needs and being proactive in the handling of legal matters. He provides an aggressive defense for his clients, and believes in working quickly to move files to conclusion.

Ms. Hifai has been a member of the California State Bar since 2008.
