Sima Haghighi

I have a Master’s Degree in Architecture, and spent many years as a practicing architect, designing and building houses. For the past 35 years, I have been a proud resident of Brentwood/Santa Monica and now Cheviot Hills, California. I designed and built my own house 2 years ago in Esther Ave, Cheviot Hills.  I also own several income properties, in fact, my real estate experience includes more than just the buying and selling of private homes, I have been involved with properties as a landlord, tenant and agent.  I also have an enormous information about rental properties, 1031 exchange, reverse exchange and all other aspects of real estate.  I am a member and one of the founders of SIAP “Society of Iranian Architects & Planners”, a member of CAR “California Association of Realtors”, NAR “National Association of Realtors”, SRES ” Senior Real Estate Specialist” a hard working and Knowledgeable agent for 21 years.
I am a mother of two Berkeley graduates, presently a pharmacist and a physician, I am very proud of my family.  My husband is a CPA and a partner in the biggest Iranian CPA firm in Los Angeles.
