Andre has an extensive experience and knowledge in the mortgage and appraisal fields. For many years he underwrote for Countrywide Home Loans, Indy Mac Bank, and Sub Prime mortgage lenders. As a former mortgage broker and a loan officer with Countrywide Home Loans, he has worked with over 50 lenders and has done hundreds of loans enabling him to know the mortgage and financing areas inside out. Andre is also a Certified Real Estate Appraiser, which allows him to project an expert opinion on a property’s value. Having done over 700 appraisal reports for lenders like Skyline Home Loans, Wells Fargo and Chase, one can’t go wrong with having an agent that provides such high value.
