Shiva Elahi

Having lived in nine different cities on three continents, Shiva is proud to call herself a citizen of the world. Specializing in high-end residential real estate and investment properties in Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood, the Hollywood Hills, West Hollywood, Santa Monica, and the greater Los Angeles region, Shiva joined The Agency in March of 2017, working alongside top-producing agents James Harris and David Parnes.

Having traveled extensively and relocated numerous times throughout her life, seeking out new places to live has become second nature for Shiva. Enamored by L.A.’s history and architecture and, driven by her love of the search and discovery process, it was only a matter of time before she found her calling in the dynamic world of luxury real estate.

Shiva began her professional career in the entertainment industry, working with Hollywood’s biggest names at WME Entertainment, Lionsgate, and Fox. Her experience working alongside celebrities, musicians, and high-ranking executives left her well equipped to handle complex transactions that require that extra layer of care and discretion. Having worked on film trailers and developed several digital marketing campaigns before moving on to executive produce her own music travel show for the Virgin Produced Channel, she offers clients the expertise of both a real estate agent and a marketing and content development professional.

Fluent in Farsi, Shiva is a creative thinker with a natural talent for forging relationships with diverse clientele. When she’s not traversing the city in search of the perfect home for a client, she enjoys going to concerts and art shows, cooking, event planning, and photographing life’s special moments.
