Dr. Aslani traveled from Iran to Los Angeles as a refugee toddler. As a first-generation immigrant, she was raised in a low-income, high-crime neighborhood that offered little hope. She chose education as her way out, working hard to go to college and dental school to become a dentist.

She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology at the University of California, San Diego. Achieving academic excellence during her undergraduate program, she was then accepted into the nation’s leading dental program at the University of Michigan where she went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.

Dr. Aslani completed her residency serving veterans at the San Diego VA Medical Center. Dr. Aslani also became a National Health Service Corps Provider and a Dental Director in a non-profit health organization serving the underserved in the Pacific Northwest.

Her passion for dentistry is driven by a passion for people. She loves getting to know people and building relationships. And hopefully along the way, helping them refresh, restore, and revive their smiles. It’s her way of giving the best version of herself to those she gets the opportunity to serve.
