The vision of one day serving people of all backgrounds with deliciously authentic Persian food came to life in November of 2019 when one woman decided to embark on a dream which had been “cooking” up for many years.
The attention and love which has been placed into home-cooked meals throughout generations became the inspiration for re-opening Ziba Restaurant, by a woman who knows a thing or two about good food. Highly regarded for her grand meals and hand-picked ingredients, Nancy saw an opportunity to bring forth the rich and decadent flavors of Iran, in an elevated and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere.
Ziba Persian Restaurant strives to bring you the feeling of sitting with your mother or grandmother at the kitchen table enjoying a home-cooked meal while experiencing the sights of a newly re-done, incredibly welcoming environment.
The original favorites have been combined with a few family staples to bring you a menu that we know will have you enjoying the food as much as we’ve enjoyed making it.
